The Boss Dummy is an enemy that cannot spawn by normal means. It serves as an enhanced Target Dummy; contrary to Target Dummies, Boss Dummies count as a boss, allowing homing projectiles to home in on them and healing effects like life drain to trigger against them. It plays the Boss 1 track while alive.
