Wiki Translation

Hello, Hayaku, I noticed that you are a wiki admin. I want to ask something about the wiki translation:I'm Chinese and my team wants to translate the wiki into Chinese. After asking wiki.gg staff, we were told to create pages like English name/zh for Main Page and pages link to the main page on this wiki to start our translation. Once these pages are finished, wiki.gg can set up a separate wiki for us to translate the english wiki. So are we allowed to do this?
