Use to keep TOCs (table of contents) in an article from getting excessively long, by limiting them to only include headings below a certain level.
Usage
Use this template in place of __TOC__. The TOC displays at the location where this template is placed on the page.

- Unnamed Parameter 1
(Optional) The depth of the header. Default = level-3 headers (=== ===) and below.
- right
(Optional) Use "yes" to place the table of contents on the right.
