Use this template at the top of instructional pages. Generally this is for Wiki usage instruction pages rather than Thorium Mod game information.
When instructions are long and detailed, yet their basic message can be summed up accurately in a short message, this template can be used to clarify a page's purpose and send the message even when readers are not interested in delving into the topic in detail.
Usage
This template takes a single unnamed parameter: the page's short summation (about 1 to 4 sentences).
