DivermanSam is the founder and current owner of the Thorium Mod. He started the project in early 2013, where it was adapted to the Terraria modding tools 'tConfig', 'tAPI', and currently 'tModLoader'. After a short break in late 2018, he has returned and continues his role as the lead programmer and developer of the mod.

Tymon "Uncle Danny" Simonides is the lead wiki editor for the Thorium Mod. He started in late September of 2016 as a wiki editor, and was soon after invited to join the team. He is currently in charge of the wiki project.

BluNinja is an artist who began contributing in the Thorium Mod community in July 2019. He initially started by participating in the Thorium Mod Discord's Spriting Contests, winning the contests for Weeks 17, 18, 21, 27, and 30. Eventually, he was invited to assist with occasional sprite work on November 2019 before being officially initiated into the team on February 19th, 2021.

SkippyZii is a composer who began contributing to the Thorium Mod community in November 2020, creating boss themes for the Granite Energy Storm and Buried Champion that were accepted into the mod, following with five more tracks. Hayaku is a formerly active wiki editor and quality assurance analyst. He started out as a wiki editor in May 2017 and joined the team on 20th of July 2017 alongside DarkLight. Over the years, he was in charge of a wide range of tasks from designing to quality assurance and balancing. He left the team on 23rd of February 2023 as his vision of Thorium's future differed from the team's. He does not have a developer item because he treated it like a final signature proudly put under a project he worked on and is happy about, but despite his work, he did not achieve his goal.
