The Thorium Mod adds 38 new Tips related to content included in the mod.

Tips

World elements and items

  • Thorium Mod: Use a Technique Scroll to equip it, then press the Throwing Technique key with enough Technique Points to use its effect!
  • Thorium Mod: As a Healer, you can't help your allies if you're dead, so always ensure your own safety first!
  • Thorium Mod: Maximum inspiration can be boosted with three different tiers of Inspiration Fragments.
  • Thorium Mod: Certain Bard instruments require you to play them based on the timer for the best performances.
  • Thorium Mod: A Sword Sheath will allow you to condense multiple sword strikes into a singular burst. Attack when the time is right!
  • Thorium Mod: When transformed into another creature, you can't use any items besides the Soul Link.
  • Thorium Mod: Certain inventory-cluttering items like cobwebs and ore can be placed in your Ammo slots.
  • Thorium Mod: Items with teal-colored names are dedicated to donators for the Thorium Mod!

NPCs

  • Thorium Mod: Be sure to show the Guide any and all items to see what new things you can craft with them!
  • Thorium Mod: The Cobbler both sells and shines shoes. Check his wares out if the need arises.
  • Thorium Mod: For a small fee, the Desert Acolyte will cause the sands to get stormy.
  • Thorium Mod: If you slay a royal slime, its premium tasty gel may just attract a Cook to the venue.
  • Thorium Mod: The Confused Zombie may be very weird, but his Repellents for various creatures are no joke.
  • Thorium Mod: In need of a little extra gear? Pay the Blacksmith and his goods a visit!
  • Thorium Mod: Successfully hunting down a certain overgrown eye will invite the Tracker to offer you special monster contracts.
  • Thorium Mod: The Diverman lives for the sea... so much so that he got swallowed whole by a mutant jellyfish!
  • Thorium Mod: Interested in a little gardening? The Druid is more than happy to sell herb seeds.
  • Thorium Mod: The Spiritualist desires harmony above all else. Quelling an ancient warrior's spirit should convince him to aid you.
  • Thorium Mod: An exiled demon, the Weapon Master can be hired to aid you in battle in exchange for your coinage.

Biomes and environments

  • Thorium Mod: Under one of the oceans rests the Aquatic Depths. Basic pickaxes won't be able to break the marine rock there.
  • Thorium Mod: Don't try to make your own air pockets in the Aquatic Depths, you'll choke to death!
  • Thorium Mod: Air bubbles will allow you to breathe underwater for a while. A Bubble Magnet will attract them over to you.
  • Thorium Mod: Crystal Waves grow in the Aquatic Depths in Hardmode; use them to boost your movement speed!
  • Thorium Mod: The Blood Chamber lies somewhere underground. Offer five Unholy Shards at its altar at your own risk...

Bosses

  • Thorium Mod: The Grand Thunder Bird can be challenged once you find some iron, Antlion Mandibles, and Fallen Stars.
  • Thorium Mod: A Jellyfish Resonator will attract all sorts of jellyfish... including giant mutant ones!
  • Thorium Mod: Be sure to prepare a handful of Unholy Shards to attract the Viscount in his cavernous chamber.
  • Thorium Mod: Once the Dungeon's curse has been lifted, Granite Caves will gain new residents. Keep an eye out for any volatile-looking energy outcroppings...
