The Shock Absorber is a Bard accessory that is dropped by the Granite Energy Storm. When equipped, it increases inspiration regeneration rate by 10%, any symphonic damage the player deals are stored up to 1000 points. When the wearer presses the Accessory Ability key, the wearer's nearby allies gain 3 second of 15% increased damage for every 100 points that were stored up to 30 seconds. The wearer does not receive this bonus themselves.
