The Pill Popper is a craftable Hardmode radiant weapon. It fires Pills which fly a short distance before stopping and spinning in place briefly. Right-clicking launches a large, slower moving pill which emits a trail of green particles and grants nearby allies the Life Recovery buff, increasing their life recovery by 2.

If the player's radiant powers are corrupted, the fired pill has a chance to be a purple and pink corrupted pill, inflicting the Shadowflame debuff onto hit enemies. The right-click is unaffected.
