The Family Heirloom is an accessory that is given to every new player. Like the Copper Shortsword, Copper Pickaxe, and Copper Axe, another will also be given to Mediumcore players after dying. When equipped, it provides 1 defense.

- In Expert Mode, it is highly recommended that you save the Family Heirloom that you received; once you finally defeat The Primordials, you can use it to craft the Mjölnir, which is an extremely powerful weapon.
