The Cadaver's Cornet is a Hardmode Bard weapon that is dropped by the Lich. It releases three tendrils of ghastly grasping sound energy that home in on enemies and move along tiles. Killing enemies with this weapon replenishes 4 inspiration. When used, it empowers nearby players and the user with the Critical Strike Chance II and Attack Speed II empowerments.
Its best modifier is Fabled.

- 1.6.3.13: Nerfed damage from 66 to 60, and nerfed homing speed slightly.
- 1.6.3.6: Nerfed use time from 28 to 32 and inspiration replenishment from 5 to 4.
- 1.6.1.4: Nerfed velocity from 10 to 8 and its homing ability.
- 1.6.1.0:
- Buffed damage from 45 to 66, use time from 32 to 28, and blue projectile damage from 70% to 75%.
- Now grants Empowerment - Critical Strike Chance II and Empowerment - Attack Speed II.
