The True Hemorrhage was a craftable Hardmode bow. When used, it fired three arrows at once while only consumed one; the central arrow was always a 'blood arrow' that returned 2 life to the wielder when they hit an enemy.

Notes

• Like its Pre-Hardmode version, the True Hemorrhage had a Corruption counterpart, the True Eternal Night. Either could be used to craft the Terra Bow.
• Unlike its Pre-Hardmode version, the True Hemorrhage did use and consume arrows.
