The Storm Cloud is a Master Mode-exclusive pet summoning item that has a chance to be dropped by The Grand Thunder Bird. It spawns a Storm Cloud pet to follow you around. The Storm Cloud is immune to damage from enemies and despawns upon player death.
If the player does not move for 10 seconds, the Storm Cloud pet will begin to rain over the nearby area. Flowers will grow over any grass that the rain contacts. The Storm Cloud rain will last for 6 seconds, and has a 15 second cooldown before beginning to rain again.
