The Spirit Band is an accessory that is currently unobtainable. While equipped, should the player get hit by an attack that exceeds 150 damage, it will be reduced to 150 damage. This effect can only occur once every 10 seconds. This is calculated before normal defensive modifications like defense and damage reduction, adding further to the amount of potential damage that can be negated.

Notes

• The effect of the accessory shines primarily in Expert Mode, where certain attacks can reach the upper 200s in damage.
• This item is supremely useful on Master Mode where Defense is more effective and many attacks can near 500 damage.
