Morale Banner

The Morale Banner is a craftable Hardmode Summoner Banner. On use, it summons a banner that grants the player the Morale Banner buff while within proximity of it, indicated by a pink ring around it. The buff causes minion attacks to have a 1/5 chance to heal the player for 1 life.

As with all summoner banners, only one can be active at a time; using another one will cause the Morale Banner to vanish.
