The Blood Sausage is a Master Mode-exclusive pet summoning item that has a chance to be dropped by the Viscount. It spawns a Lazy Bat pet to follow you around. The Lazy Bat pet will be dragged by the player with a rope connecting the two. The Lazy Bat is immune to damage from enemies and despawns upon player death.
