The Plague Lord's Flask is a craftable post-Moon Lord Thrower accessory that increases throwing damage, velocity and speed. Using a throwing item has a chance to unleash two Blight Daggers which home in on enemies and apply the Blight Fever debuff, which deals 50 damage per second.
