The Thorium Mod introduces three new Biome Keys to the game, used to open the three Biome Chests the mod adds. Like vanilla keys, they are unusable until Plantera has been defeated, but they can be obtained at any time during Hardmode. Each key has a 0.04% (1/2500) chance of dropping from an enemy in the key's respective biome.

Notes

• All of the weapons found with a Biome Key are Yellow rarity, the fourth highest rarity tier.

Tips

• Using Water Candles, Battle Potions, and Questionable Stew or Objectionable Stock will increase enemy spawning, which will make it easier to farm Biome Keys.
