Thorium Mod 1.6.5.1 served to fix any bugs and issues not caught in 1.6.5.0 as well as add new donator items, resprite or rework various items, and clean up miscellaneous content.

- Changed Aquaite Scale Block crafting recipe to require 1 more Depth Scales instead of 2 "Sea Scales".
- Changed Aquatic Depths Chest loot pool to contain Coral Darts instead of "Ocean Arrows".
- Changed Midnight Staff crafting recipe to require Souls of Night instead of Gold Bars.
- Changed Aura Staff crafting recipe to require Souls of Light instead of Gold Bars and a Light Shard instead of a Unicorn Horn.
- Changed Umbra Blaster crafting recipe to require Dark Matter instead of Strange Platings, Souls of Fright, Souls of Sight, and Souls of Might.
- Changed Umbra Blaster crafting station from a Hardmode Anvil to a Soul Forge.
- Changed Ghastly Carapace crafting recipe to require Dark Matter instead of a "Devil's Carapace".
- Changed Blood Moon Medallion to also change the Moon phase if used on a New Moon, allowing the medallion to be used on all nights.
- Changed Star Scouter to pause and visually warn players of its incoming Expert Mode phase before it happens.
- Adjusted Aquatic Crystal generation:
- Nerfed base generation rates by 5×.
- Changed generation so that they cannot spawn further if another Crystal is too close.
- Changed minimum pickaxe power required to mine Illumite Chunk from 120% to 200%.
Balance
- Buffed Ancient Spark, Arcane Spike, Conduit armor, Cosmic Dagger, Dark Flame, Eye of Odin, Geomancer's Brush, Mjölnir, Particle Whip, Teslanator, Volt Module, and Shinobi Sigil by removing slowdown in liquids.
- Buffed Particle Whip hitbox slightly.
- Buffed Champion's Swift Blade projectile damage from 75% to 100%, pierce from 2 to infinite, and it now has autoswing.
- Buffed Blood Drinker use time from 22 to 20 and maximum heal amount from 5 to 10.
- Buffed Enchanted Cane shield recharge speed from 60 ticks to 45 ticks.
- Buffed Hippocrati-crossbow projectile speed by 100%.
- Buffed Tranquil Lyre damage from 28 to 30 and base healing amount from 0 to 2.
- Buffed Lethal Injection attack speed from 6/sec to 7.5/sec and projectile speed by 100%.
- Buffed Celestial armor set bonus life recovery from 3 to 5, defense from 10 to 20, and now Holy Glares enemies it touches but it no longer increases ally mana regeneration.
- Buffed Faberge Egg energy egg pick up radius greatly.
- Buffed Steamkeeper Watch sentry duration boost from 2× to infinite.
- Buffed Phylactery life restoration from 20 life to 25% of the player's maximum life.
- Buffed Coral Pickaxe pickaxe power from 45% to 50%.
- Buffed Coral Hamaxe axe power from 50% to 55%.
- Buffed Gold Duck spawn rate slightly.
- Nerfed Star Trail use time from 26 to 28.
- Nerfed Little Red damage from 168 to 118 and use time from 38 to 42.
- Nerfed Rain Stone and Blood Moon Medallion use time from 5 to 45.
Fixes
- Fixed some typos.
- Fixed Empowerments sometimes not applying to other players in multiplayer.
- Fixed heals getting blocked by Life Shield or resetting the health to non-shielded value.
- Fixed rotation on some throwing weapon projectiles.
- Fixed weapons with chaining behavior bouncing off Town NPCs, and not damaging enemies submerged in liquids.
- Fixed Yoyos glitching out when the player has high melee speed.
- Fixed most God Killer, Prism Staff, and Trombone laser collision inconsistencies.
- Fixed Blooming Bow and Little Red consuming ammo with their right-click abilities.
- Fixed Plasma Staff electrical barrier not dealing damage to nearby enemies.
- Fixed Lightning Staff electricity not splitting in multiplayer.
- Fixed Thor's Hammer right click issues with the “Terraria Overhaul” mod.
- Fixed Teleologic Imposition not spawning a star storm immediately after hitting a tile.
- Fixed some sentries not being affected by gravity after placement.
- Fixed Aeon Staff item not being considered a sentry.
- Fixed some minions shooting without delay when first summoned.
- Fixed some minions dealing damage while idle.
- Fixed some minions not returning to the player when required.
- Fixed some minions persisting after their buff is cancelled when certain vanilla minions are present.
- Fixed collision issues for minions spawned by Blood Feaster Staff, Mushymen Staff, Corrodling Staff, Nebula's Reflection, and Rosy Slime Staff.
- Fixed targeting getting stuck for minions spawned by Mantis Cane and Yarn Ball.
- Fixed Mushymen Staff, Prehistoric Amber Staff, and The Black Cane not being supported by the "Summoner's Association" mod.
- Fixed Living Wood Acorn not attacking when not rallied, not hitting enemies consistently, and visuals.
- Fixed Living Wood Acorn sometimes despawning when summoning other minions.
- Fixed Bloody Pagan Staff beam attack desynchronization in multiplayer.
- Fixed Vials not detonating with their correct effect.
- Fixed Palm Cross playing different sound effects than intended.
- Fixed Adventurer's Lantern lag issues in multiplayer.
- Fixed Barrier Generator and Granite Ion Staff shielding the caster.

- Fixed Christmas Center and Soul Forge not dropping the correct item when broken.
- Fixed enabled Christmas Center and Halloween Center getting reset on night-to-day switches.
- Fixed generating Illumite Chunks freezing servers on “Extra Large” worlds.
- Fixed item replacements in chests being inconsistent between different worlds with the same world seed.
- Fixed Hanging Pots being able to be placed in the air.
- Fixed Honey buff given by Arena Master's Brazier blinking on low video quality settings.
- Fixed fishing catches from the Ocean not being obtainable due to a tModLoader bug.
- Fixed Town NPCs having a larger hitbox than intended.
- Fixed Lycan spawn conditions being inconsistent with Werewolf spawn conditions.
